All interested participants must register to be a member of this site. To do so, please click the Register Now button at the top of this page. The button will take you to the Sign Up page. From here, please fill in all fields. Please use your school email for sign-up. If you fail to do so, you will be removed, and will have to register again.

Upon registration, an email containing the Google Form for abstract and file submission will be sent to you. Please fill in the form and submit all documents where applicable. The requested files are as follows:

(1) Non-presenting attendee - no documents required;

(2) Poster presenter - abstract (250 words), A0 poster (PDF);

(3) Oral presenter - abstract (250 words)

All presenters must submit their abstracts by March 31, 2021. Students with abstracts selected for oral prsentation will be informed by April 15, 2021. All poster presenters must submit their posters by April 30, 2021.

Late uploads will not be accepted. All presenters without complete Google Form submissions by the cut-off date will be considered non-presenting attendees and be ineligible for the prizes.
